Call Off the Haunt is about recognizing your own toxicity towards yourself and those you interact with, assessing it, and thus gaining the ability to move forward and grow as an individual. This song has a theme centering around how toxic relationships are often thought of as one sided with a clear victim of abuse.

We hit it off but then things do change
